Contact support

For help with Omnidose, email:

support@neuralisai.com

Support can help with app navigation, imports and exports, local-data deletion, reminders, and technical problems. Because Omnidose has no accounts or cloud sync, support cannot view or recover records stored only on your device.

Before contacting support

Please include:

·      Your Omnidose version and build number from Settings.

·      Your iPhone or iPad model and iOS version.

·      What you expected to happen.

·      What happened instead.

·      The steps that reproduce the problem.

·      The exact error text, if one appeared.

If the issue involves a reminder, include the scheduled date and time, whether notification permission is enabled, and whether the app was open, in the background, or closed.

Protect your privacy

Do not email:

·      Your Gemini API key.

·      A full JSON backup.

·      Prescription numbers, patient identifiers, or other unnecessary health information.

·      A label image that identifies you.

Only share a screenshot, export excerpt, or crash log after reviewing it and confirming that you are comfortable sending its contents. Use synthetic examples where possible.

Backup and restore

JSON is the official full backup and restore format for Omnidose. CSV is for spreadsheet/export use only, not full backup or restore, and may not preserve every app feature.

Before an import, deletion, reinstall, or device move:

·      Export a JSON backup.

·      Save it somewhere you control.

·      Confirm that the file exists and is readable.

·      Protect it as sensitive information.

JSON restore choices

When you import a supported Omnidose JSON backup, choose the mode that matches your intent:

·      Merge keeps the local records already on the device and adds records from the backup. Repeated records are deduplicated where feasible.

·      Replace validates the backup and then replaces the local Omnidose records as one operation.

Export a current JSON backup before either mode. Review the import result before relying on the restored data. CSV is not an import option in the launch version.

Home and report time ranges

Home's "Today" view means the most recent rolling 24 hours, not the current calendar day. In reports, "Last 7 days" means seven local calendar dates, including today. Compliance is calculated only against recurring schedules. Side effects and treatments are separate optional report sections, so choosing one does not automatically include the other.

Delete local data

Step-by-step deletion instructions are available here:

Omnidose has no account or server database for support to delete remotely.

Medical and emergency questions

Support does not provide medical advice. For questions about a medication, supplement, interaction, dose, symptom, or treatment, contact a qualified healthcare professional.

If you may be experiencing an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately. Do not wait for an Omnidose reminder or support response.
