The audited ProofWise release does not send your drinking-session data to Neuralis AI systems, cloud AI models, or first-party servers.

ProofWise uses local calculations for estimated BAC, projected zero, session history, and Recovery Score.

This page exists as a product/legal destination for current and future ProofWise AI disclosures. If AI-powered features are added later, ProofWise must disclose what data is used, what is transmitted, and what consent choices are available before those features are released.
