ProofWise Data Deletion


ProofWise does not use a Neuralis account or first-party cloud account for the audited release, so there is no server account record to delete.


To delete local ProofWise data:


1. Open ProofWise.

2. Go to Privacy & Safety.

3. Choose Delete All Data.

4. Confirm the deletion.


This removes local ProofWise app data such as profile, sessions, logged events, history, custom drinks, and local setup state where supported by the app and operating system.


ProofWise cannot delete historical Android, iOS, iCloud, Google, device-transfer, or manufacturer-managed backups. You may need to manage those backups through your device or cloud account settings.
