PEV Ride Computer Terms of Use

These terms apply to the PEV Ride Computer Android app provided by Neuralis, LLC. By using the app, you agree to these terms. Questions may be sent to support@neuralisai.com.
Using the app
Your Google Play purchase provides a personal, non-exclusive right to install and use the app under Google Play's rules. PEV Ride Computer is a one-time paid app with no app subscription. Purchase pricing and taxes are shown by the store for your region. Refunds and statutory consumer rights remain subject to Google Play's policies and applicable law.
Use the app only where lawful and with a compatible device. Follow vehicle rules, local riding laws and manufacturer instructions. Do not operate the screen while doing so would distract you or endanger anyone. Phone hardware, permissions, battery management, storage, satellite reception and mobile service affect which features work and how they perform.
Measurements and vehicle information
Ride statistics, detected highlights, elevation, energy use and remaining-range figures have limitations. They may contain errors or gaps and are not certified measurements. Vehicle specifications and battery readings you enter affect estimates. The app does not provide live controller telemetry, control your vehicle or establish that a vehicle, route or riding speed is safe.
Use appropriate judgment and leave a practical battery and distance margin. The app is not a substitute for your vehicle's instruments, equipment inspection, navigation planning or professional advice.
Optional Ride safety
Ride safety can send SMS to contacts you choose. You must obtain their agreement before adding them and remove them if they withdraw it. You are responsible for correct phone numbers and any carrier charges. The app does not read contact replies or automatically process a request to stop messages.
Automatic possible-incident detection is experimental. It can miss incidents and can produce false alarms. SOS and automatic alerts depend on phone operation, permissions, setup and mobile service. Countdown alarms, location availability, SMS transmission and recipient response are not guaranteed. A sent or delivered status does not mean a person has read the message or will respond.
The app does not call emergency services, monitor your ride remotely or arrange rescue. Keep another way to request help available. Contact local emergency services directly in an emergency when possible. Do not use the app as your only means of obtaining help.
Your files and content
You retain your rights in the ride notes, setups and other content you provide. You control whether to export or share it. Review exported files and videos for sensitive locations or personal details before sharing.
Only add music and other material you have permission to use and share. Selecting a music file does not grant you rights to publish it. You are responsible for permissions required by the recipient platform or your intended use.
Make backups you trust. Restoring a backup replaces current app data; clearing storage or uninstalling can remove information that has not been exported. Neuralis does not maintain a cloud copy of your rides and cannot recover data that exists only on your phone.
Maps and external services
Offline map downloads depend on Geofabrik's availability and the regions offered. OpenStreetMap data is subject to its attribution and licensing requirements. Keep the attribution included in exported map images and videos. Map coverage and detail may be incomplete or out of date.
Google Play, mobile carriers, Google Maps, Google Earth, file providers and apps you choose to receive shared data operate under their own terms. Their availability and behavior are outside Neuralis's control.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains local storage, map requests, safety messages, exports and support correspondence. See Data and deletion for removal options.
Updates and responsibility
We may release fixes or change features as Android and devices change. A one-time purchase does not promise compatibility with every future device or Android version, or a particular schedule of new features.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is supplied as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, error-free measurements or successful emergency communication. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right, remedy or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections.
We may update these terms. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will be explained in the app when appropriate.
